Versorium Ltd, a technical recruiting company, who are experts in providing defence recruitment solutions across the technical and engineering sectors, have become the 298th Wessex RFCA signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant. The company whose pledges include welcoming applications from veterans who meet the criteria in the job specification, recognising military skills and qualifications in their recruitment and selection processes. They also welcome applications from service spouses, assisting them with CV writing and offering interview advice. There is also the endeavour to offer a degree of flexibility in granting leave for service spouses before, during and after a partner’s deployment, and assist if relocating to a new area. The company will encourage and support employee fundraising for service charities.
