The kits enable fun, memorable and thought provoking activities and enable team members to develop the skills required when working effectively with others.  This is all with the aim of exciting young people about STEM careers and to develop team and interpersonal skills.

Isobel wanted to attend the course as she thrives in a structured challenging and adventurous environment, all of which STEM brings to the Cadets and her long term career ambition is to become a Nurse in the Armed Forces.
