Endorse HR, based in Exeter, is working with the Army Cadet Force in Devon to help provide young people prepare for the workplace, by teaching them important employability skills such as interview techniques.

The seminar is part of the Army Cadet Force initiative Pathways4Cadets, in association with Skills Group, which offers Cadets and young adult volunteers a new pathway into employment or apprenticeships. The initiative is free of charge and helps to translate the skills young people gain in the Army Cadet Force into benefits employers and further education organisations can understand.
