20260508 Somerset Army Cadets Ten Tors 7471 A massive thank you to Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award holders* Heidelberg Materials UK for partnering with Somerset Army Cadet Force and supporting our incredible cadets in the recent Ten Tors challenge on Dartmoor.

The support from Heidelberg Materials UK provided our teams with branded wicking t-shirts and fleeces, keeping them properly equipped for one of the toughest youth challenges in the United Kingdom.

This partnership did far more than provide clothing. For many of our cadets, Ten Tors is a life-changing experience that builds resilience, leadership, and self-belief. Specialist outdoor kit can be a real financial barrier for families, and this generosity directly helped remove those obstacles so our cadets could take part with confidence and pride.

Completing Ten Tors requires extraordinary determination and teamwork. Heidelberg’s partnership played a massive role in helping these young people achieve something remarkable. Thank you for investing in the youth of Somerset and helping them reach their full potential.
